- Execute the Lean/Six-Sigma methodology.
Program Description
The participants in this workshop will learn how to strengthen their organization by using fundamental Lean and Six Sigma tools, including Project Selection, Data Collection and Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Project Implementation, and Control Processes. Green Belts are usually the Lead process stakeholders.
